I’m Meredith Bell, founder of Glass Elevator Consulting, business consultant, strategist, and operational problem solver.
With over 20 years of experience across retail, hospitality, corporate, medical, not-for-profit, and service-based industries, I work with business owners and leadership teams to create clearer strategy, stronger systems, healthier team dynamics, and more sustainable growth.
I hold both a Business Degree and an MBA, but the most valuable experience I bring comes from working directly inside real businesses. Over the years, I’ve helped organisations streamline operations, improve leadership and communication, strengthen marketing and sales processes, increase revenue, and reduce the overwhelm that many business owners quietly carry every day.
In some cases, I’ve helped business owners reclaim more than 15 hours per week simply by improving systems, workflows, reporting visibility, delegation structures, and operational efficiency. I’ve also worked with businesses to identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer experience, improve team performance, and increase profitability through practical, achievable strategies.
