In each session we will ask you to come back and discuss how you have used the techniques used in the session prior since we saw you last, what worked for you, what you are still struggling with and offer feedback for you to focus on for next time.

The first session will involve a thorough analysis of your current operations. We will listen to your struggles and weaknesses and develop a plan. We will begin working on developing key skills such as communication, motivation and coaching. As well as looking for any warning signs such as high staff turnover, staff burnout and complaints.

Vision and Strategy
This session will focus on, Developing a clear vision for the team or organisation. Aligning the vision with organisational goals and objectives. Creating a strategic plan to achieve the vision. Setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals
